The Association of Information and Communication Technologies of Cantabria (TERA), has signed a collaboration agreement with our Women and Talent Association.

The Cluster was born in 2019 with the aim of bringing together ICT companies in the region. In the words of its vice president, Roberto García, he considers that “the agreement reinforces the commitment to attracting talent oriented to the productive fabric of ICT” and, in addition, “makes visible the social commitment of the Cluster with the promotion of entrepreneurship and female employability in our region.”

Currently in TERA more than 40 companies and public-private entities are integrated with the intention of working together to share resources and optimize processes, improve competitiveness in offers and increase business volume.

From the Women and Talent Association we feel very grateful that TERA is part of our team of collaborators.
