Tera associates intensify their knowledge of the Horizon Europe Program
Present projects focused on the development of technologies established in the different work programs; Making the most of all the possibilities that exist when forming consortiums and relying on the national coordinators of each specialty to resolve doubts and strengthen the proposals are the three basic recommendations of the Center for Industrial Technological Development (CDTI) to take advantage of all the possibilities that offers the Horizon Europe programme. Among them, all those related to the challenges associated with the digital sector.
Enrique Pelayo, a member of the CDTI and National Contact Point (NCP) of Cluster 4, has explained the potential of the framework program for research and innovation (R&I) of the European Union (EU) for the period 2021-2027 in the branch digital.
He has done so at an information day organized by SODERCAN which was attended by some thirty companies. Among them, a dozen members of the Tera Cluster in search of relevant information to be able to expand their business possibilities through competitive financing from Europe.
Thus, Pelayo has reviewed the work programs associated with this part of the Program, the expected impacts, the statement of the challenges to be resolved, the number of projects associated with each challenge and the budget available in each case.
Topics such as the life cycle of data and its economic exploitation, the evolution of quantum computing or industrial leadership in the application of Artificial Intelligence concentrate the list of purposes of this program endowed with 570 million by 2023 and 370 for the year coming.
The conference, which also included the presentation of the experience of CTC and Erzia in the management of European projects, highlighted the range of possibilities offered by Horizon Europe and the excellent opportunity that the program constitutes for Tera associates. In this regard, their high specialization and their vocation for networking make up a value to be taken into account when creating consortia.
