This initiative is part of the collaboration agreement between the Cluster Association of Information and Communication Technologies of Cantabria (TERA) and the Telefónica Foundation. The program aimed at unemployed people or those who want to improve their employability will be carried out in online and self-study mode and has up to a dozen training blocks, including: Basic principles of Big Data, Internet of things, Video game design, Programming, Networking, Office, etc. One of the basic objectives of the agreement is to contribute to the increase in the rate of labor insertion of digital profiles. In this sense, the Tera Cluster presented days ago a study on Digital Competences in the region that reflects the reality of the current training plans implemented by universities, professional training and other non-regulated centers. The Tera Cluster highlights that the most in-demand professional profiles are those of programmers with knowledge of artificial intelligence and cybersecurity technologies, analysts and project managers.
